Twins Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Twins! We're committed to delivering your stylish new clothes quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and rates.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any delays. We appreciate your patience.
- Please make sure your address is correct. We cannot change it after the order ships.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping option via FANCourier:

- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
- The estimated shipping times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Shipping prices are subject to change.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship only within Romania.
- We are working on expanding our shipping destinations. Check back soon for updates!
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
- You can track your order's progress using the link provided in the email.
- If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at twins@twins-clothing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages
- Twins is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact FAN Courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- You can also contact us at twins@twins-clothing.com to inform us of the situation, and we will do our best to assist you and put you in contact with the courier and help elevate the matter on your behalf.
- Take photos of the damages and include them with your communication.
- Twins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Twins will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is secure and that someone is available to receive the package.
